Mercy Jyothsna has been working in the field of education for over eleven years. With a Post-Graduation in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Education in Biology, she brings a strong academic foundation and a scientific approach to her work. Mercy is also a certified AMI 12–18 Orientation Programme, equipping her with the understanding of adolescent development and Montessori principles.
At Pebble Creek Life School, Mercy has taken on several leadership roles over the years and currently serves as Vice Principal . Balancing her administrative responsibilities with her role as a teacher, she remains deeply connected to the classroom.
Beyond academics, Mercy is passionate about dance, which she sees as both a joyful form of expression and an excellent workout. She often mentors students in dance presentations, fostering individual creativity, team synergy, and a love for performance—all while ensuring it remains a fun and enriching experience.
Swapna brings a robust academic foundation with a Master’s in Biochemistry and a Bachelor’s in Education in science. She comes with 8 years of experience in the teaching field cultivating a deep understanding of her discipline. She is driven by an insatiable curiosity, always keen to learn new things and uncover the underlying reasons behind phenomena.

Mohan is a writer and a Math enthusiast. He studied BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Math, and then pursued a Masters in English Literature. He worked as a freelance writer for several publications before joining Indah Erdkinder as a Learning Facilitator.
Mohan has a penchant for engaging in select works of philosophy, design and poetry. He also listens to a wide genre of music ranging from Gregorian Chants to Vocaloid songs, and is fond of watching movies.
Ms Krishna Sri is a passionate and dedicated Biochemistry professional who completed her MSc in Biochemistry with a Gold Medal for academic excellence. She is currently pursuing B.Ed. to further enhance her teaching and educational skills.
She has one and a half years of teaching experience handling undergraduate Biotechnology students, where she has been appreciated for her clear conceptual teaching and student-friendly approach. She is highly interested in scientific learning and is always eager to explore developing scientific
concepts, innovations, and ongoing research in the field of life sciences. To strengthen her academic and professional knowledge, she has actively participated in various conferences and national seminars related to Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and scientific research. Her curiosity towards research methodologies and advancements in science motivates her to continuously learn and grow both personally and professionally.
Krishna has a keen interest in music which reflects her creative and balanced personality. With a strong academic background, dedication towards teaching, and enthusiasm for continuous learning, she aspires to contribute effectively to the field of education.
Mr Kishan Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Zoology from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He also holds an integrated degree B.Ed, M.Ed. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai, with specialisation in Science Pedagogy, Education & Development Policy and advanced specialisation in Teacher Education. His academic training reflects a deep commitment to both the science of teaching and the policies that shape it.
He believes that school is not merely a place for inculcating discipline but a rich ecosystem where every individual develop the capacity to construct their own understanding through curiosity, questioning and inquiry-driven exploration.
A passionate dancer, he performed at various college festivals and has taught Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Popping, Waving, and Footwork routines to international students at TISS. His love for travel, cultural exploration and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds has sharpened his ability to understand how perspectives are built and how those insights can be woven into pedagogical approaches.

Angelina has over ten years of experience in teaching and she enjoys it very much. She has been associated with Pebble Creek since 2017 and she feels delighted to be part of a positive and caring teacher-team in the school. She has done her Masters in Computer Application and holds a Bachelor’s in Education as well as a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice. She also loves music and is often found mentoring students at Pebble Creek in western vocals. She emphasises that while she teaches, she also gets to learn new things from her students and some of them have inspired her in the most remarkable way. She believes in learning every day and uses every opportunity to build her skills and broaden her perspectives.
Vineela Peter holds a master’s degree in education and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from St. Ann’s College, Secunderabad with a specialization in English and Social Sciences. She has over 9 years of experience in the teaching field, including her enriching tenure at Pebble Creek Life School.
Rooted in the belief that every child is unique, Vineela’s educational philosophy emphasizes holistic development, critical thinking, and a nurturing environment. This strong foundation enabled her to quickly and naturally embrace Pebble Creek’s child-centric, experiential, and inquiry-based learning approach soon after joining the school.

Nusrath Begum is a Commerce graduate and a professionally trained Pre-Primary and Primary educator with 12 years of valuable teaching experience. She is passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and overall development among students. Throughout her teaching journey, she has developed strong skills in classroom management, activity-based learning, and student engagement.

She studied English literature(BA Hons) before joining the corporate. After a few years in the corporate sector she became an educator in search of something deeper and meaningful. She aspires to be an education reformist, social activist and writer in the future.
Apart from teaching she loves traveling, cooking, meditation and spending time in nature. She is passionate about interdisciplinary & experiential learning approaches and has a vision to work with children from Dalit, marginalized and underprivileged communities. Ms. Alluri Jahnavi is the Head of the Department of Mathematics at Pebble Creek Life Sciences School. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Science with specializations in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science. Her qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) and a Master in Science (M.Sc.) in Statistics.
With 7 years of experience in the field of education, Ms. Jahnavi has taught Mathematics across different curriculums, including ICSE and the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. She has extensive experience teaching Grades 9 and 10 and is well-versed in inquiry-based, competency-based, and student-centred learning approaches.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has served as a Coordinator, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills. Her ability to guide both students and teachers has contributed significantly in creating a positive and collaborative learning environment. Committed to academic excellence and holistic development.

Shireesha holds an MSc and a B.Ed.,in mathematics bringing alongwith her 14 years of teaching experience with a deep passion for education. She has worked in various educational institutions, taking on diverse roles such as Academic Dean and Examination Department In-Charge.
In addition to her teaching role, Shireesha enjoys exploring her Art & craft work. Cooking and gardening are also her hobbies
Sravanthi Bandaru is a passionate educator with 11 years of experience working in various educational institutions. Shurobi Hindocha is a Mass Communications and English Literature graduate. With several years of experience in Language Skills Assessment, Content Writing, Communications Training and Operations and Management with MNCs and NGOs/NPOs. She found her calling in Education when she discovered Montessori Philosophy. She holds a Primary Diploma – 3 to 6 years, Elementary Diploma – 6 to 12 years, and Certification in Adolescent Education – 12 to 18 years, from AMI, the Netherlands. She holds a B.Ed. degree & a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice. She has been in the field of education for 20 years, and is particularly interested in Developmental Science. She has served as the School Head at ‘Indah Erdkinder – a Montessori Centre for Study and Work for Adolescents’, and the Head of Training, R&D at Pebble Creek Life School, before taking on the role of the Principal at Pebble Creek Life School.
As a parent and an Educator, she believes that the true purpose of education is to build community – for it is only in the community that individual strengths and talents find real expression, motivation and meaning. A strong social education inspires the pursuit of positive intellectual, personal and academic achievement. She also believes that finding purpose and joy in small moments, being and working in Nature, and everyday life experiences have the greatest impact in building strength, academic potential, joy and resilience in children.

Rajeshree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (Honours) from Calcutta University and a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.She is also pursuing a Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning from the Indus Training and Research Institute.
Rajeshree has three years of teaching experience at Aimee International School, where she taught IGCSE Global Perspectives. This role allowed her to deepen her understanding of global issues through the Cambridge pedagogy and refine her inquiry-based teaching approach.Currently she is a Social Science Facilitator for Middle Section at Pebble Creek Life School.
Her academic interests are complemented by her love for Kathak and other performative arts, which she believes bring her balance and joy.
Megan hails from Mangalore, Karnataka. While she has an MSc degree in Molecular Biology & Human Genetics (Manipal), she was drawn to the development sector. Her work experience spans 5 years, including 2 non-profit organizations working in the domain of sustainability and alternative education.
Megan strives to incorporate constitutional values, scientific temperament and concepts of sustainability, low-waste living, equity and mental health into her life and work.
Toni Morrison’s words to her students capture Megan’s work ethic- “…just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. Indrasena is an accomplished educator with over 13 years of rich experience in the teaching profession. She currently serves as the Head of Department (Hindi) at Pebble Creek Life School, where she brings deep linguistic expertise and a passion for teaching in the classroom.
She holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelors in Education (B Ed) in Hindi Language. Indrasena blends literary knowledge with strong pedagogical skills to create context-rich learning experiences. She also has experience as a Learning Facilitator and Hindi Level Coordinator in Montessori education.
A former state-level kabaddi player, Indrasena encourages teamwork and discipline among her students. With her genuine dedication to teaching and ever-smiling presence, she continues to inspire and nurture young minds, making learning a joyful and meaningful journey.
Shakuntala works with Middle and Secondary School children as a Hindi teacher. With over sixteen years of teaching experience, she is able to provide appropriate guidance to secondary school students in language development and preparing for external examinations. She is an MA in Hindi Literature and Political Science, and has a Bachelor’s in Education. Her passion for art and craft, and her education in Home Science has allowed her to instill passion for various handiwork for students at Pebble Creek who have learned tailoring, knitting, embroidery and various crafts from her. Gayathri is a dedicated and passionate Telugu teacher with over 14 years of experience in high school education. Uha Pappala is a passionate and dedicated learning facilitator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in science and a B.Ed in mathematics and physics.She began her journey at Pebble Creek life school as a language teacher and her close interaction with children sparked a deep appreciation for Montessori philosophy.
Inspired by the Montessori approach to nurturing independence and curiosity, she went on to pursue and successfully completed her Montessori Elementary Certification. She now serves as an Elementary Environment Guide, (6-12) where she brings creativity, warmth, and an inquiry-driven approach to learning. Her goal is to engage children in exploring the wonders of the world, encouraging both critical thinking and joyful discovery.
Beyond the classroom, she is an enthusiastic sportswoman who enjoys playing badminton, cricket, and other energetic games. She also has a love for strategic board games like chess, which she often uses to inspire focus and patience among her students. In her creative time, she enjoys working on art &craft projects, using a variety of materials and techniques, always finding new ways to blend fun with learning.
Ms Meera is a passionate learning facilitator, with Bachelors and Masters degree in English Language and Literature, and a Bachelors and Masters in Education from TISS, Mumbai as well.

Anusha Rayarao is a graduate in Life Sciences with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Her journey into the field of education began during her college years when she worked as a freelance content developer for an EdTech startup for four years. During this time, she worked extensively on creating customised workbooks and teaching materials for state syllabus schools, bridging learning gaps and aligning them with CBSE and other national curricula to ensure high educational standards. This early exposure sparked a lasting interest in education.
With professional experience in healthcare consulting across various roles such as strategy, process improvement, she brings with her a unique blend of analytical thinking and structured planning. Her passion for Montessori education was kindled with the birth of her first child, inspiring her to pursue a B.Ed and delve deeper into the Montessori philosophy.

Ms Akansha Bhagat holds a B.Ed and M.Ed. (Integrated) degree in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. Her interest in education grew throughout her academic journey, as she explored the relationships among education, society, and children’s experiences. This curiosity led her to engage deeply on some aspects of education i.e; meaningful learning, inclusion, and child-centred pedagogy.
During her training, she gained diverse experiences through school internships, curriculum development projects, educational research, and teacher professional development initiatives. She contributed to the development of Social Science lesson plans and teaching-learning resources, while also working closely with students and teachers in different educational settings. Her master’s dissertation explored Place-Based Education and ways to connect classroom learning with children’s local contexts and experiences.
In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, playing sports such as basketball and volleyball, engaging in arts, and exploring new places. She believes in nurturing curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking, helping children develop a lifelong love for learning.
Primary Montessori-Pre- Primary
Sheethal holds a Masters degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Her journey into Montessori education began when she developed a deep interest in the philosophy, which she discovered through a variety of subjects during her early years of teaching career. This fascination led her to pursue the AMI Diploma Course, further solidifying her commitment to Montessori principles. She works as an Academic Coordinator and Level Head Primary Montessori. She is also currently pursuing a B.Ed. to expand her knowledge and teaching capabilities.
Her belief is that balancing work and play is important for a child’s development. She feels fortunate to work with children aged 2 to 7 and enjoys seeing them grow and learn. In her leisure time, she loves writing in her diary, drawing, dancing, and traveling.
Vasudha has completed her Masters in commerce and worked in banking sector for more than 2 years. She then developed a passion towards the Montessori philosophy during the early years of her son’s schooling, and completed the Primary Montessori Training from Bangalore.
She has over 13 years of experience working with the (2-6) age group and now currently working with the Primary Montessori children at Pebble Creek. Her favourite hobbies are music, dance and sports.
Shairoze holds a Bachelors degree in Arts& Economics Honours.
She is passionate about fostering a love for learning in children and completed a Diploma in Primary Montessori from AMI.
She joined Pebble Creek in 2024 and works with 3- 6-year age group children. She strives to create inclusive environments, where every student feels empowered to reach their full potential.
Outside of the environment, Shairoze has been actively involved in voluntary service for more than a decade. She is interested in Art’s & adventure sports and often engages herself in related activities.
Dept. of Special Education
Anne Anish has been a development professional for more than a decade. She has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Osmania University and MSc Psychology from the University of Madras. She has worked with International Organisations like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Alliance India (AP), Child Fund India and Government Agencies like CAPART and APSACS. She has extensive experience on a wide spectrum of issues like Child development (especially in rural areas and children living in difficult situations), Women empowerment, HIV/AIDS, Health and sanitation, micro-finance and livelihoods. She represented Alliance India in the 8th International HIV/AIDS Congress (UNAIDS). She has been associated with the Hyderabad Academy of Psychology (HAP) as a counsellor providing counselling services to corporates and individuals. She is now realizing her passion for working with children by addressing their psychosocial needs and providing a safe environment to nurture and realize their best potentials. She is deeply committed to the cause of “Helping people help themselves.”
Ms. Mehjabeen Sultana is a committed and compassionate Special Educator who brings a strong foundation in inclusive education and child development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Special Education from the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID).
Ms. Sultana has 3 years of experience before joining Pebble Creek Life School in the Academic Year 2025-26. She continues her mission to create accessible and respectful learning environments through individualized education plans, structured teaching, and differentiated instruction.
Ms. Sultana’s strengths lie in her ability to design need-based intervention strategies, use visual and multi-sensory tools, and build strong rapport with children.
Guided by the principle that every child can learn just not on the same day or in the same way; she tailors her approach to meet each learner’s needs.
Her interests include developing social stories, integrating play-based learning, and supporting communication and language development in children with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Ms Suhashini Byramkonda is an enthusiastic and compassionate Special Educator who is passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from the Sweekaar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, and is dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environments where every learner feels valued and supported.
As a fresher in the field of Special Education, Suhashini brings patience, empathy, and a strong willingness to learn and grow as an educator. She believes in understanding each child’s unique abilities and supporting their development through individualized attention, positive reinforcement, and interactive learning methods. Her areas of interest include working with children with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, along with developing communication, social, and academic skills through play-based and multi-sensory learning approaches.
Guided by the belief that every child has the ability to learn and succeed in their own way, Suhashini aims to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and accessible for all children.

Mr Sachin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and also a Bachelor’s in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) He specializes in Basketball, Netball and Cesto ball. He has participated at University level and State Level meets in Basketball and Netball. His deep passion for sports and fitness is evident in both his dedication and his active involvement. He personally trains students in Basketball and Netball . Through his mentorship, he inspires students to appreciate the value of sports and embrace the true spirit of sportsmanship.
Ms Nandini is a dedicated and passionate Football Coach with a strong background in Physical Education and competitive football. She holds a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and has represented Telangana at the national level in football.
She participated in the 65th School Games Federation of India (SGFI) National Football Championship held in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, and also represented Telangana in the 43rd Senior National Women’s Football Championship held in Korba in 2022.
With her experience as a player and coach she was instrumental in developing young athletes by teaching football skills, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship. She believes that sports play a vital role in building confidence, character, and a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to inspire students to reach their full potential both on and off the field while fostering a lifelong passion for the game.
Co-Curriculars
Anand is a Clay Master Trainer and has received an award from the Govt. of Telangana for participating as Master Trainer in Skill Upgradation Training on clay Ganapathi and diya making conducted by T.S. MBC Development Corporation. He has completed his Intermediate education and has been associated with Pebble Creek for the past eight years teaching pottery and clay modeling to students across grades.
Veeru is passionate about teaching carpentry to children by capturing their interest. He loves surfing the internet to be able to do innovative things in his classes. One thing which he wants to share with people about his carpentry classes is that children working with various tools is an important experience which we need to provide to our children. Safety measures are non-negotiable but getting minor cuts is also a part of the process and we need to let children experience it. He says that he didn’t complete his schooling because it didn’t make any difference to his life and therefore he teaches and believes in working on skills which can be carried by the children for their whole life and which enable them to be self-sufficient.
