The Story Telling Session took place on 25th June, 2025 across PM, CBSE Wing Gr. 1 to Gr.5 and also at the Elementary Level. On June 25th, the Primary Montessori children enjoyed a lively storytelling session after snack time. The children were fully engaged, especially with the songs and the highlight of the session—the puppets. The interactive elements kept them captivated, making the experience both fun and enriching. Then Ms. Renu captured the imagination of Gr. 1 ,2 & 3 through her expressive narration, vibrant animal sounds, and interactive questioning. The story originated from the African folklore . Children were captivated by the characters and enthusiastically participated in mimicking animal actions and sounds with the hand puppets. The session not only entertained but also instilled important moral values, making it a joyful and meaningful experience for them. Finally, the children of Gr. 4 & 5 were a part of a humorous and meaningful tale about a foolish king whose careless actions led to some rather embarrassing consequences. Through the story, students grasped the importance of fulfilling responsibilities thoughtfully and the value of thinking critically and asking questions before acting impulsively. A pivotal moment in the story—when a child questions the king’s decisions—highlighted this moral effectively. Ms. Renu further encouraged the students to come up with a title for the story, and they responded with several insightful suggestions, reflecting their deep understanding of its message. She kept the students engaged throughout the narrative, involving them in every unfolding scene. The session ended with lively and thoughtful discussions, leaving the children with lasting lessons on mindfulness and accountability.
