Our Primary Montessori children joyfully celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm. They participated in making mango leaf thorans and marigold flower decorations to adorn the doors. The children also created beautiful rangolis and carefully filled them with vibrant colours, adding to the festive spirit. They painted diyas with excitement and creativity, expressing their joy through colours. The highlight of the celebration was the preparation of semiya kheer, where the children actively took part by chopping dry fruits and pounding rock sugar. They thoroughly enjoyed the process and relished the delicious kheer they helped make. The celebration concluded with the children going home with happy memories, carrying the essence of Diwali — keeping their homes neat and beautifully decorated with flowers, diyas, and rangolis.
