Dr. Maria Montessori
Primary Montessori – Pre Primary
Sheethal holds a Masters degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Her journey into Montessori education began when she developed a deep interest in the philosophy, which she discovered through a variety of subjects during her early years of teaching career. This fascination led her to pursue the AMI Diploma Course, further solidifying her commitment to Montessori principles. She works as an Academic Coordinator and Level Head Primary Montessori. She is also currently pursuing a B.Ed. to expand her knowledge and teaching capabilities.
Her belief is that balancing work and play is important for a child’s development. She feels fortunate to work with children aged 2 to 7 and enjoys seeing them grow and learn. In her leisure time, she loves writing in her diary, drawing, dancing, and traveling.
Veena completed her MBA in Human Resource and a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Her Interest in early childhood education began when she was introduced to the Montessori philosophy during her son’s early years of learning. She was further motivated to pursue and complete the AMI assistant’s course leading her to join Pebble Creek Life School in the Primary Montessori.
Besides teaching , her interest lies in cooking, traveling and music.
Shairoze holds a Bachelors degree in Arts& Economics Honours.
She is passionate about fostering a love for learning in children and completed a Diploma in Primary Montessori from AMI.
She joined Pebble Creek in 2024 and works with 3- 6-year age group children. She strives to create inclusive environments, where every student feels empowered to reach their full potential.
Outside of the environment, Shairoze has been actively involved in voluntary service for more than a decade. She is interested in Art’s & adventure sports and often engages herself in related activities.
Vasudha has completed her Masters in commerce and worked in banking sector for more than 2 years. She then developed a passion towards the Montessori philosophy during the early years of her son’s schooling, and completed the Primary Montessori Training from Bangalore.
She has over 13 years of experience working with the (2-6) age group and now currently working with the Primary Montessori children at Pebble Creek. Her favourite hobbies are music, dance and sports.
Chetana Sharma has been associated with Pebble Creek since January 2024, and has embraced her journey with enthusiasm ever since. With an M.A. in Hindi Literature and an M.A. in Translation, she has tried to bring a unique perspective in her teaching style.
She believes in the power of practical-based experiential learning, which fosters confidence in students. Her passion for education is complemented by enjoyment of art and craft, making her classroom a vibrant and engaging space.
Elementary Years – G1 to G5
Sailaja holds postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Commerce, along with a degree in Education and RCI-recognized Special Education. She is also a trained Montessori Elementary guide and currently serves as an Educator and Academic Coordinator at Pebble Creek. She leads her own Elementary environment and supports planning and mentoring; to ensure a rich and balanced learning experience for both children and educators.
Her background in inclusive education, child observation, and educator support reflects a calm, consistent, and thoughtful approach. She believes every child has a creative mind, and with the right guidance, can exceed expectations and discover their strengths early.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys cooking, music, and exploring nature and the wild.
Sirisha is a committed elementary educator with a strong foundation in Montessori teaching methods. She holds a master’s degree in science and an AMI Montessori Diploma at the Elementary level, bringing together academic depth and child-centered practices in her classroom.
Guided by core Montessori principles, she fosters a calm and respectful environment where children are encouraged to be independent, curious, and take ownership of their learning.
Sirisha regularly participates in professional development workshops to stay updated with best practices and continually refine her approach. She believes that children thrive when they are respected as individuals and supported by becoming confident, lifelong learners.
Her interests in cooking different cuisines, reading, and traveling inspire her to bring real-world connections and cultural awareness into her teaching.
Uha Pappala is a passionate and dedicated learning facilitator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in science and a B.Ed in mathematics and physics.She began her journey at Pebble Creek life school as a language teacher and her close interaction with children sparked a deep appreciation for Montessori philosophy.
Inspired by the Montessori approach to nurturing independence and curiosity, she went on to pursue and successfully completed her Montessori Elementary Certification. She now serves as an Elementary Environment Guide, (6-12) where she brings creativity, warmth, and an inquiry-driven approach to learning. Her goal is to engage children in exploring the wonders of the world, encouraging both critical thinking and joyful discovery.
Beyond the classroom, she is an enthusiastic sportswoman who enjoys playing badminton, cricket, and other energetic games. She also has a love for strategic board games like chess, which she often uses to inspire focus and patience among her students. In her creative time, she enjoys working on art &craft projects, using a variety of materials and techniques, always finding new ways to blend fun with learning.
Anusha Rayarao is a graduate in Life Sciences with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Her journey into the field of education began during her college years when she worked as a freelance content developer for an EdTech startup for four years. During this time, she worked extensively on creating customised workbooks and teaching materials for state syllabus schools, bridging learning gaps and aligning them with CBSE and other national curricula to ensure high educational standards. This early exposure sparked a lasting interest in education.
With professional experience in healthcare consulting across various roles such as strategy, process improvement, she brings with her a unique blend of analytical thinking and structured planning. Her passion for Montessori education was kindled with the birth of her first child, inspiring her to pursue a B.Ed and delve deeper into the Montessori philosophy.
Her transition into the education space has been driven by a genuine love for child development and a deep respect for the Montessori method. She believes in nurturing each child’s individuality and creating meaningful learning experiences. With her dynamic background, she contributes thoughtfully to the school community, blending academic insight with a heart for holistic education
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Business Operations, Charitha brings over 13 years of diverse industry experience.
Her association with Pebble Creek began as a parent, during her search for a more thoughtful and enriching learning environment for her son. Inspired by the Montessori philosophy and its focus on independent, experiential learning, she transitioned into education and trained as a Montessori guide.
Presently, she is a part of the elementary environment at Pebble Creek, where she finds joy in observing their natural curiosity, guiding their explorations, and celebrating their everyday discoveries.
In her leisure time,Charitha enjoys gardening, traveling, crafting, and curling up with a good mystery novel. Her varied interests and love for learning reflect in her nurturing approach to education and her deep commitment to the school community.
Rohini is a passionate educator who holds a postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Education.
She combines her passion for lifelong learning with empathy and care in her role as an educator. She also believes that children thrive when their education is meaningful, immersive, and connected to real-world experiences. Her work consistently reflects her belief and her deep-rooted passion for working with children of various age groups, focusing on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and hands-on learning.
As a dedicated and innovative educator, she strives to create dynamic learning environments that inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential she is confident that children can develop decision-making skills that will prepare them for future challenges.

With a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy Honours) and NTT training, Kusum brings over 8 years of valuable teaching experience at reputed schools. Her passion for teaching is rooted in a genuine love for working with children, fostering their growth and learning in a supportive environment. Her expertise lies in teaching Primary years children, where she has developed a strong foundation in nurturing young minds. She believes that teaching is more than just a profession; it is a meaningful journey that involves shaping young minds with care, creativity, and dedication.
Nagamani has completed her M.A. and TPT in Telugu. She is an experienced Telugu language facilitator with a strong passion for promoting Telugu culture and literature among students. She works with Upper Elementary students as a Telugu teacher. She is extremely committed to understanding individual students’ needs, interests, and learning styles;thereby is able to support their growth accordingly.
Mamatha has completed her M.A., B.Ed. in Telugu. She comes with a teaching experience in the field of education. She believes in enhancing learning through story-telling and classroom experiences. She promotes fun, growth and a sense of family for her children. She takes on responsibilities with a smile and grace, and fulfills them efficiently without much ado. She is also a district Kabaddi player.
Indah Erdkinder – Montessori Adolescent Years, G6 to G10
Shurobi Hindocha is a Mass Communications and English Literature graduate. With several years of experience in Language Skills Assessment, Content Writing, Communications Training and Operations and Management with MNCs and NGOs/NPOs. She found her calling in Education when she discovered Montessori Philosophy. She holds a Primary Diploma – 3 to 6 years, Elementary Diploma – 6 to 12 years, and Certification in Adolescent Education – 12 to 18 years, from AMI, the Netherlands. She holds a B.Ed. degree & a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice. She has been in the field of education for 19 years, and is particularly interested in Developmental Science. She is the School Head at ‘Indah Erdkinder – a Montessori Centre for Study and Work for Adolescents’, and the Head of Training, R&D at Pebble Creek Life School.
As a parent and an Educator, she believes that finding purpose and joy in small moments and life experiences have the greatest impact in building strength, academic potential, joy and resilience in children.
She enjoys writing, dance, music, weaving, crochet and pottery and poetry.
Megan hails from Mangalore, Karnataka. While she has an MSc degree in Molecular Biology & Human Genetics (Manipal), she was drawn to the development sector. Her work experience spans 5 years, including 2 non-profit organizations working in the domain of sustainability and alternative education.
Megan strives to incorporate constitutional values, scientific temperament and concepts of sustainability, low-waste living, equity and mental health into her life and work.
Toni Morrison’s words to her students capture Megan’s work ethic- “…just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else.” She strongly believes that learning should be joyful, practical, playful and empower students to become confident, empathetic, and conscious of where they stand in the society. Her role as a Learning Facilitator at Indah Erdkinder is a step in the direction of empowering adolescents to find their voice, speak their minds and become sensitive individuals.
Mohan is a writer and a Math enthusiast. He studied BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Math, and then pursued a Masters in English Literature. He worked as a freelance writer for several publications before joining Indah Erdkinder as a Learning Facilitator.
Mohan has a penchant for engaging in select works of philosophy, design and poetry. He also listens to a wide genre of music ranging from Gregorian Chants to Vocaloid songs, and is fond of watching movies.
Rajitha Chidura is an accomplished educator with over 16 years of rich experience in the teaching profession. She currently serves as the Head of the Telugu Department at Pebble Creek Life School, where she brings deep linguistic expertise and a passion for teaching to the classroom.
Holding a Master’s degree in Telugu along with a B.Ed., Rajitha blends literary knowledge with strong teaching skills to craft meaningful, context-rich learning experiences.
Rajitha has also completed the AMI Certification 12–18 Orientation Programme, grounding her in adolescent development and Montessori principles which equips her to work effectively with learners aged 12 to 18. A former district-level volleyball player, Rajitha encourages teamwork and discipline. With her genuine dedication to teaching, ever-smiling presence she continues to inspire and nurture young minds, making learning a joyful and meaningful journey.
Gayathri is a dedicated and passionate Telugu teacher with over 14 years of experience in high school education. She holds a master’s degree in Telugu from Osmania University and a B.Ed from Choudhary Charan Singh University, bringing both deep subject knowledge and strong teaching skills to the classroom. Committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, she strives to instill a love for the Telugu language and culture in her students. Through innovative teaching methods, she effectively engages diverse learners and promotes academic excellence.
